A Roofing Manufacturer who stands up to the scammers endures (taped) Death Threats and a Judge attempts to declare him "Mentally Incompetent"

Here's a great example of how the Scammers intimidate, harrass, threaten - and sue.

A New Hampshire Roofing designer, manufacturer, distributor and installer named Gerard Beloin owns a company called Bluestone, Inc.

Gerard is no dumb-bunny. He makes probably the toughest roofing membrane around.

However, he could not get his product past School District Officials.

The problems started occurring when he dared to enlighten the local School Board Chairman, who had a Ph.D. in Biology. That young School Board President started looking into the scam, and wound up mysteriously dying, leaving a young family behind.

Gerard got threats on tape that described how they poisoned the school board chairman. In order to protect himself, he confronted the guys threatening him and kept trying to stop the scam. They decided to sue him civilly and offered him $400,000 for the tapes and his silence; Gerard refused. Then the judge said they would have to criminally sue Gerard for taping them threatening him - so the perps did, one a local prosecutor.

At one point, the Judge threw out the case with prejudice - meaning it could not be reinstated (June 2006). Three weeks later, the Judge reversed himself. This past Fall, the Judge ordered Gerard to see a State Prison Psychiatrist. Up until Jan. 22nd, 2008, we all thought Gerard was going to be locked up in a Prison Mental Ward for having the "audacity" to stand up to the town bullies. But for some reason, the last week of January, 2008, the Judge and all the others involved were all of a sudden saying "Yes Sir, Yes Sir" to Gerard in court.

Time will tell.
