Your efforts in early 2008 not only are saving costs now, but also future costs, as well as that of was it five other school districts in your area?....and your schoolkids should reap the benefit. We all hope you can find more money for the programs needed to give them the very best education possible - we'll need it, given the European and Chinese educational systems affording a far better education for their kids! Tom Butts, FAIA, a City Councilman in a very poor area of the San Francisco Bay cities, Richmond, caught on to the scam without knowing about the largess or specific targeting on a larger scale by the perps. He stopped it in 2007. involved was WP Hickman, and in other areas cited as having been stopped, Garland.

The Guy Who Got the Best Done!!!
For those who are not aware of it, the New Jersey State Commission of Report that everyone can point to when fighting the scam was done only because of the asking for it , the tracking of the scams and the persistence of Doug E. Wicks of Basking Ridge, New Jersey. It took him from 1991 to 1999 to get them to do it - and he used his Republican contacts to do so.
It's quite a story....and he was my help when down about the huge corruption in San Francisco and California that STILL to this day supports these scams in education.
Thank you Doug and his wife Bernice - a schoolteacher - for the constant support. You should be recognized from the highest for your defense of our freedoms and education.
Doug is now unemployed, a darn good roofing consultant, and still available to work. If you need a good consultant, and one that will really help you, look him up! He is in the phone book in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. There is no doubt you will get what you need at a decent price and without scams involved!!!
