For all those "Heavy Breathing" on phone calls I got for years...now you have been caught, dirty scoundrels!!!!

We now know who it is.

When I was going through all the whistleblowing court case, I got accosted right and left.

One was a taped death threat by phone, one week before the lower court's ruling....and the San Francisco Police refused to make a police report.

Remember - this is the land of illegal means legal....among other things.....

There were interminable phone calls with heavy breathing and hanging on - for years. Pacific Bell, a solid Tremco client, refused to give me who was calling from out of the area, despite repeated taps on my phone, and despite repeated attempts in returning the last call..... All Pac Bell would tell me was that they could trace it back to their satellites but they "could not tell" what state the calls were coming from (not West Coast States, East/Midwest States).

One week before the second lower courts' ruling, I had two goons and thugs separately following me in the early evening while walking my dog. They were acting like they were going to do something to me, and I acted like a ditzy gal, throwing them off.....and not one bit afraid. If they had gotten close, that dog would have been let loose on them. We both don't put up with diddly-squat....like most of the Atlantans and a Federal Judge I grew up with are.....

I didn't know if they were University of California goons and thugs, or those from Tremco.

Now we know (could have been either or both....actually....all of them are thugs if they have to strong arm folks!)

Today, April 21, 2008, Tremco stupidly made a typical intimidating, harassing phone call to Diana Vice in Indiana from corporate headquarters in Ohio.

Trouble is, she was able to read their caller ID number!!!!! She redialed the number, and the person on the other end of the line answered, "Tremco" and Diana said, "I just got a breathing/hanging up on the line phone call from this number." Apparently, the woman said, "We have a lot of employees at this location, it is corporate headquarters. Who do you know here?" and Diana said, "Deryl Kratzer (the President) - who is suing me. I am Diana Vice, and I just got a phone call from this number with a person hanging on, intimidating and harassing me. You can tell him I am hanging up and calling the police!"

Well, she did both. I hear Tremco is about to have a criminal complaint filed against them.

And rightfully so!!!!

To those at Tremco who did it, and may have done so for years to me, it serves you right!

The only difference is that law enforcement and legal counsel in Indiana can do their jobs because Indiana law enforcement apparently has the attitude of really protecting the life, safety, health and property of the public. Indianans are proving they can and will protect the public from intimidation and harassment, as opposed to San Franciscans and Californians.
