I recently had Metal Roof Specialties re-roof a small house.
Before hiring MRS I did a lot of research.
I would strongly suggest using a company that primarily or exclusively does metal roofs.
None of the companies who said they "also do metal roofs" made me feel very confident.
My project went smoothly and was a pleasant , stress-free experience.
I would enthusiastically recommend MRS to anyone wanting a metal roof.
Communication was clear and easy with all company personnel, both office and on-site.
Being present to meet the foreman and discuss the project when he does his measuring is highly recommended.
All questions I had were answered clearly, all options were explained to me clearly, and I was set totally at ease.
Cleanup was very good. I was only able to find a few small bits of old roof around the entire jobsite.
Additionally, I would advise scheduling early- MRS are good, and they are likely to be busy.
